Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
We use Zoom Zoom Workplace for Meetings and Zoom phones in our organization. No issues with both services this year. We were able to replace our outdated Cisco CUCM system with a modern soft phone and eliminate almost all our physical phones. No issues with Zoom meetings either we are heavy zoom users and haven't experience any issues with it either.
Pros
- Intuitive UI
- easy to use Admin portal
- zoom plugin for Outlook is very useful
Cons
- signing into zoom client using SSO is a bit cumbersome
- Improved collaboration within our organization
Zoom phones was much better than our Old Cisco CUCM
