Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Zoom Workplace is used in our organization to collaborate with external clients who primarily use Zoom Workplace as the main collaboration platform. Some clients conferencing room systems are only compatible with Zoom Workplace as well. This solves the problem of cross collaboration with external vendors.
We're looking into utilizing Zoom Workplace as the primary "All hands" call that we hold each week.

Pros
- easy for IT to manage
- Zoom Workplace is familiar to most people
- Zoom Workplace is highly reliable and calls are problem free
Cons
- build a webapp that allows people to join calls without needing to download the desktop app
- allowed us to collaborate with external vendors and clients
- easy to use for end users with little to no IT guidance
Zoom Workplace isn't our main conferencing platform. We use Google Meet as the default as its included with our Workspace plan
