Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

I work at a small non profit-I use Zoom primarily for therapy sessions, staff meetings, and meetings with external stakeholders.

Pros

  • Share screen
  • Copy & paste of invitations
  • The App

Cons

  • The ease of getting to the Passcode & meeting Id
  • Letting someone know they have been “invited” inside the app
  • Clearness of self & other party
  • Ability to transition during COVID
  • HIPAA compliance
We have been using Zoom since 2020. Unsure why we haven’t switched.
