Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
I use Zoom Workplace for as my go to virtual meeting resource - basically by default. I need a consistent link to use on a regular basis that doesn't change for recurring meetings and I need to be able to launch a meeting on the fly and Zoom Workplace makes it super easy to do that.
Pros
- Consistent Meeting Link
- Managing team member access
- Integration with other 3rd party approved apps in one centralized space
Cons
- I don't always want things recording - it would be nice to have a simple option - at my discretion - to pop up before a meeting to see if I want this meeting recorded
- Or it would be great if I could setup the recording in advance when I schedule the meeting - Do you want this meeting to be recorded? as an option when setting it
- Mobile to desktop transition - it would be great if I could go from mobile to desktop seamlessly without disrupting the flow of the meeting, having to join again - etc.
- More efficent

- Easy to use / worth the cost
