Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
To facilitate internal and external meeting as well as webinars to our agency partners. I prefer using Zoom Workplace over Teams as it lags and often disconnects during meetings.
Pros
- Don't have issues with connectivity
- Webinar and event features
- Polling
- Reaction features are fun
Cons
- I have had issues in meetings where the polling / survey didn't work
- When joining a meeting I am not hosting I can't edit my user name
- Able to host external meetings and webinar seamlessly
- User friendly and accessible to external users who may or may not have Zoom Workplace
- Looks professional
- It cost more since we have teams
- Charges and features have changed so it is confusing to explain those to the organization
It is more efficient as previously stated. I think TEAMs events from registration to calendar reminders is not user friendly and looks sloppy unfinished.
