Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Now with my staff working remotely, it is easier for them to communicate. It also solved the problem with meetings with people across the globe. The meeting summary also helps us to keep track of our projects. Having the ability to have Zoom Workplace in multiple devices also helps us to be more user friendly and present in many different areas.

Cons

  • When I travelled to Brazil I wasn't able to use the phone properly
  • Meeting summary track channels, if it tracked voice, it would work better when having meetings in a hybrid enviroment
  • The connection with my outlook account often gets disconnected
  • We are now paying a little more than we paid before, but we get more delivered through Zoom Workplace
  • Improved mobility
  • We have remote access to our phone system and configurations

It is very easy to use, the configuration learning curve is easy and short, the support I received was very good. Zoom Workplace helped the team to be more mobile and onboarding very easy. The meetings are easy to control and helps us have an executive secretary in one place all driven by AI. We use a fair amount of tools available.
