Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

We utilize Zoom Workplace for our Foundation which combines powerful features like the Scheduler, Surveys, and Docs to create an environment that enhances productivity and collaboration for our team. The Scheduler simplifies appointment management, Surveys provide immediate and valuable feedback, and Docs support enhanced collaboration with customizable workspaces. These tools collectively make Zoom Workplace an excellent choice for our team to optimize our workflows and stay connected effectively.

Pros

  • Meetings -video conferencing with multiple team members in multiple time zones
  • Surveys - utilizing this feature after we have hosted 500+ individuals in a webinar
  • Visitor Management - being able to have the peace of mind of the security of inviting and registering guests

Cons

  • whiteboard - work doesn't always translate when people are using PC vs Mac
  • Mail & Calendar - if Zoom Workplace extension isn't pre-built into Outlook, it doesn't create a meeting easily or automatically
  • Workspace Reservation - never seemed to be very useful for our team
  • improved collaboration with external stakeholders and partners
  • increased reach for external folks
  • more options for communication internally amongst team members
  • Zoom Events & Webinars
Zoom Workplace just has a multitude of options for meetings and is a better fit for what we as a team need.
