Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

I'm a compensation analyst. This tool helps us automate what we used to do via Excel spreadsheets. Easy to use as well as plan design/management.

  • Easy Plan design/ quota management.
  • User management.
  • Hierarchy ease.

Cons

  • You can't hit the "back" button or you'll get an error.
  • Nothing to report- love this tool.
  • Ease of use.
  • Easy plan design.
  • Time reduction in calculations.
  • Easy to read dashboards /statements.
