Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Cisco webex Cloud Solution for our meeting rooms & Boardroom Video calling , Pre covid we had Poly Hardware in boardroom & we we wanted to integrate it with cloud calling the same was made possible with Cisco webex H.323 dialing available in cisco webex invites which are at no additional cost unlike other cloud platforms making it easier to even join from our 20 seater boardroom & others from mobile & laptops.

The pricing point of Webex is far good than that of Zoom, moreover there are no additional license required to be purchased for any other integration unlike zoom, we get a more capacity of video participant in cisco webex with inbuilt feature of Audio dial in with larger storage for recording.

The Costing of a Webex license with all functionalities is very reasonable , when the meeting participation is is more than 200 participants , when a organization have existing VC hardware devices already in their infrastructure , when even a PSTN audio dialing is also required in a video call meeting , Webex wont suit for a layman person as the ease of use is still need to be improved .

Webex Meetings Reliability

No Failure in meetings, reliability is very high , audio is not impacted much during the video meetings integration with all hardware video devices & the price point that provide all these features is very reasonable , the support of webex is quite fast but at times we even need to wait for the support tickets .
The recording file loading time is at times too high in cisco webex so recording on cloud can be a time consuming task for many , while loading of application also takes lot of time for windows , while during the video meeting everything is stable & works as perfect making it a multi secure cloud.
All require video conferencing cloud meetings & the feature sets that are inbuilt in webex are enormous with features getting addon day by day & scheduling the video meetings is a very easy task for anyone making it IT friendly while at the same time the integration of Cisco webex with cisco VC device can be a added advantage.
