Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling

we are using Webex Calling for our knowledge and remote workers. It provides easy authentication rather that relying on MRA.

Cons

  • ability to see Webex Calling app registered device in Control Hub
  • This would reduce the cost and need for hardware to support remote workers
E911 and call recording in the cloud
it is easy to integrate features that benefit user productivity
