  • Ease of using PSTN
  • Failover with trunk is easy

Cons

  • BYO PSTN should be easy
  • Offering sip trunkjng from edge devices
More access should be given to get streams so that we can do more with the rtp streams

Easy to get started with and it doesn’t need IT expertise to set up Webex calling. Scaling is always easy and any time you can switch the telecom.
