- Waiting to see how AI influences collaboration, this is not a limitation from Webex Calling, but only internal policies until now
- Webex Calling reduces the need to manage multiple collaboration platforms, everyone uses it. Thus reducing the overhead costs and resources.
- Support is easy to get.
- May end up paying for features no one uses anymore.
The scaling ability of Webex Calling is unbeatable and portrays the true cloud architecture. The near 0 lag and always up is easy to host, run & manage large scale events seamlessly. For admins they have managed Webex Calling since a very long time ago than the newer entrants. For enterprises, the support is always just around the corner.
