Overall Satisfaction with Webex Calling
Webex Calling is currently used to make calls to extensions or Mobile phones (PSTN). Very Powerful to make calls in any direction we want. Currently, I have integrated Webex Calling into Ms Teams, and All calls are routed via Webex Calling, can do conferences, and transfer easily with Webex Calling

- Group Management Call is Powerful
- Auto Attendant flow for design easily
- All call activity can be an analyze by control hub
- All feature basic call available in control Hub (Pilot , VM , Queue , Pickup)
Cons
- Single Number Reach

- PSTN Order , for SIP Trunk
- Integration to PSTN difficult implementation
- Reduce Cost ITSP, all call route to Webex Calling first
- Easy to grab information for using call (with Analytics)
- Zoom
By using Webex Calling, it's not only the call facility that I can get. I also get feature messages, events, and many applications that can be integrated with Webex meetings. And what I know is that Zoom is only useful for holding meetings. There is no OBTP (one button to push) feature to make calls with one touch.
