Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use Webex App for collaboration with internal as well as other organization colleagues who are whitelisted. It is very useful for having chats, calls and also attending meetings. We also use file share feature which is very useful. The Webex App has a very rich feature base which fulfils todays modern working styles.
Pros
- Screen sharing and screen zooming for others who are seeing it.
- Live translation and transcripts
- Call recording
Cons
- We would like to see and download meeting attendance from the Webex App for each of our meetings attended.
- Call recording files access on the Webex App would be great.
- Ability to record and set custom greetings to be heard by callers when Webex App user is not available/out of office, etc.
- Collaboration increased effectively with happy employees.
- Excitement about work.
- Less time spent on discussions.
Webex App seems to be more robust and stable as compared to MS Teams. The appearance is more executive. The support system is also strong.
