Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use it across our global organization. It allows us to easily communicate with not only those in the office but also users spread out around the world.

Pros

  • Call connections. easy for non IT to set up and join calls.
  • Video tracking. during video calls when available the camera follows the speaker.
  • Sound clarity.
  • Ease of use. worth mentioning again.

Cons

  • No cons - works great, functions extremely well.
  • Meeting scheduling per room saves time and confusion.
  • Clear calls increase productivity and reduce miss communications.
  • Setting room occupancy ensured each room were never crowded and help keep our employees safe.
While very similar Webex has more functionalities and is much more flexible. I have less issues with Webex overall.
I have been able to call Cisco for any issues we have had, which have not been many.

Easy to use. Easy to manage.
in our hybrid world the app enables us to move between the office and the field seamlessly.
