Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Webex solution are used in whole organisation. There are not too many problems with the solution. Most of the problem was that users don't know how to use application with other Cisco products. For example, using Webex device e.g. room kit, Webex Room. Problem with adding device into Webex room sharing whiteboard and etc.

Pros

  • Recording.
  • Screen sharing.
  • Meeting.
  • Document sharing.

Cons

  • Create. There is no to much sense, most of the users use Space, group only.
  • Real time annotation in document.
  • User status. sometimes when it changed, app somehow remove it.
  • Too many CPU and memory usage.
  • Sometimes app is stuck, event on good PC.
  • Audio control is good.
Company where I work is a Cisco partner. Cisco offers us free Webex service. Algotech sells solution to other end customers. Customers are really confused about this solution's [rebranding].
Most of the issues that company and customers have with app are hard to resolve. Cisco engineers sometimes want too much information that even engineers from our company don't know because it happened to a couple of users and it is hard to catch. On the other hand, support for some integrations and things like that are ok.

Main problem from customer side is the rebranding.
Best solution where customer has UC/Webex device solution. From my point of view, best implementation was done in collaboration between device - app. For now I don't see any company that do such a things (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams). Webex past was not too good. Customers are really confused of this solution. First Webex, Spark, then renaming solution into Webex, after that trying to merge those solution into the one name: Webex. Most of the users in my region have a hard time accepting these changes.
