Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint

We use WatchGuard AuthPoint for our office VPN MFA using Radius and AD.

Pros

  • Easy for end users to setup
  • Managment of uses is easy using the cloud portal
  • Easy to delete or issue new MFA tokens
  • Blocking token is straight forward in the cloud portal

Cons

  • Initial setup can be easier
  • Better Documation on how to transfer tokens to new phones
  • Documation could have more screens shot examples
  • Cost effective MFA solution for VPN using WatchGuard Firewalls
  • Low management and maintenance
  • licensing is simple and straight forward
Allowing integration to local Active Directory to allow users to use existing logins
VPN MFA and cloud management MFA all in one license
Easier to use and manage. More straightforward for users
