Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication
Currently, we are using Veam Backup Replication Community Edition across the whole group of clinics that make up San Pablo Group. It's helping us to have a reliable, fast and easy to use and manage backup solution. Some of the clinics had no backup solution and others had solutions that were not giving us the results we expected.
Pros
- Backup and restore speed.
- Lot's of technical information.
- Trustworthy backups.
- And excellent start to start designing a DRP strategy.
Cons
- Granular restoring
- Reports
- Mutisite integration
- Little or zero investment for small organizations because they use Community Edition.
- No hidden costs.
- Effective solution = good investment.
- Well invested money, the organization is fully protected from any disaster.
- Advanced features for the cost of a standard solution backup software from competitors.
We are happy and feel secure using solutions from Veeam family, we currently have a Sharepoint Online Site to host and manage our process documentation. We are currently backup up the entire site using Veeam Backup for Microsoft Officer 365, it is as easy to use as Backup and Replication. Also, the backup speed and functionality are quite amazing.
