Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro as our global HRIS, and additionally in the U.S. as our payroll provider.

Pros

  • Covers many facets of HR.
  • Allows for global usage.
  • Intuitive interface.

Cons

  • Improvements in performance management.
  • Time savings
  • Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
  • Security and peace of mind
UtiliPro is more robust and easier to use.
Everything works as expected, with occasional lags for high volume work, but that is expected.
The ticket system is a bit onerous, but the team is responsive.
UltiPro is perfect for our environment. It has a broad reach into many HR areas and is easy to use for both our contributors and managers.
