Easy to Use! Saving Lots of Time (aka Money)!
Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
I recently helped an organization of around 40 employees implement TSheets into their operations and it was easy to integrate and train all the team members. They are already seeing time-savings in the submission and approval of timesheets and are looking to leverage some of the many tools within the system to gain even more benefits.
Pros
- Transmission of data to payroll service.
- Accessibility and ease-of-use for non-technical users.
- Customizable PTO (paid time off) accruals for various types of employees.
Cons
- Easier way to enter timesheets for multiple employees at once. (Seems to be a function with PTO, but not manual time entry.)
- The most time savings are going to be in the review and approval of part-time sheets, where employees are not always in the office and tracking whether someone has submitted was extremely laborious and prone to error. I would say there's at least a 75% reduction in time spent at the senior levels, where salaries are high and therefore time is expensive.
