So happy with my experience so far!

Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
My company recently set up an account with TSheets and I am currently using it to track my personal workload and my employees. I will be able to view my employees time and work locations, as well as address time management within their roles. Some of the problems that TSheets will help with is within the reporting features, GPS tracking, job costing and accuracy.
Pros
- The customer service is exceptional. I have spoken with a few reps and they have all gone above and beyond. I spoke with Tia most recently, and she was professional, courteous and so helpful in showing me some great things my account was capable of.
- The ease of use. Anyone could use this product, it doesn't matter the age or profession.
- The layout/design is very well done. and that makes it even easier to use.
- They are always updating with new features, changes and options!
Cons
- That there isn't an exact mileage tracker on the mobile app.
- That you're unable to have employees in multiple "groups."
- That the wonderful customer service is not 24/7. (I was told that was in the works though!)
- Job costing has been huge. Seeing how much time has been spent on a certain job.
- Being able to view who is on the clock and available for a client.
- The simplicity of signing in, and clocking in and out.
None, they are the first time tracking app that I have used! We just used paper before, which isn't always the most accurate. So the accuracy and precision have been so valuable. Also, having a real person to talk to when I have had a question or needed help has been awesome.
