Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

We decided to use T-Sheets as our time tracking software. It has been an excellent tool for our company to track our employee's time.

Pros

  • It is consistent. The phone app is very user-friendly and easy to use. We are able to capture labor hours between field and shop and it makes keeping track of labor hours on prevailing wage jobs a cinch.

Cons

  • I would love it if T-Sheets would integrate with Knowify, a contract management system for small subcontractors.
  • I would love to be able to put in the job address and have it show up on the GPS map as the job site location.
  • It has made it much easier for our company to measure our labor costs when bidding work. We have been able to use T-Sheets as a tool to make sure we are allocating labor costs.
I would rather not say.
I would highly recommend this software to any company looking for time tracking software. This product is light years ahead of the product we previously used and the customer service is outstanding. Anytime I have called customer service with a question, they are always friendly and professional. I had an issue today and a customer service representative named Sydney took the time to address all my concerns and then offered some very helpful suggestions, which I greatly appreciated. If you are thinking about getting time tracking software, T-Sheets is definitely the way to go, very easy to use and a very affordable option for a small size company.
