Text-Em-All Has Helped with Employee Communication
Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
We were in need of contacting our employees to confirm certain appointments and information without using our own personal cell phones. After doing some research, I came across Text-Em-All and they've been able to fulfil the needs we had and others. This has been a great platform to communicate with our workers and get responses confirming they've received the message or answering whatever questions we may have. It is a more instant form of contact than sending something in the mail, and in this day and age everyone has their phones on them and are checking them frequently. We are very satisfied with both the performance/function end as well as the cost to use the platform.
