Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have a lot of employees in the field, and so we use Text-Em-All to communicate with everyone at the same time about updates within the company. This allows us to send updates to everyone no matter their location and allows us to all stay in the loop on updates. It has been very beneficial, because we can create different groups to use, for example if we want to just email Foremen, we have a category for that, or just office employees, we can select that as well so it just goes to specific employees.

It is extremely appropriate if you have employees in multiple areas constantly. It is almost impossible to get everyone in the same room, so having this ability to send a text to so many people at once, its ideal for us! We never found a use for the voice message to send out, though I do know that was an option, but we just stick with the text message.
