Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

I use this service to send out global calls for announcements and prayer requests sent to all members of our church. It is very beneficial to be able to record a single message and have it sent to everyone’s phone. Many elderly church members do not use text messages, so the calling service is very advantageous.

Pros

  • Allows for up to 120 seconds of a voice message to ensure a detailed call can be sent.
  • Leaves a voicemail for the recipients who may not be able to answer the call when it comes through.
  • Is pin protected so not everyone is able to use it.

Cons

  • This service provides everything we need, so I’m not sure where improvement could be made.
  • Global calling to multiple landlines and cell phones.
  • The ability to send out an announcement from any phone with the PIN number.
  • Time savings when trying to get a message to 50 people in a manner of seconds.
  • The ability for each church member to hear the voice of the pastor makes it more personal.

To emphasize our church’s usage of this service, we feel it is the best product to send out global announcements and prayer requests to all our members in a timely manner. It is also very affordable and provides everything that we would ever need for this purpose. I have never had any issues using Text-Em-All.
