Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We utilize the system by sending out a daily message to our residents with events going on throughout the day. It is a necessary tool that our residents rely on.

  • Allows you to edit messages
  • Easy to use
  • Options to set up and send calls at particular times during the day.

Cons

  • Easier options when deleting messages.
  • Setting up different call list
  • Options to send calls at different times.
  • Time savings due to number of contacts we must reach out to on a daily basis.
  • More engagement from residents when calls are sent out.

This product is easy to use when you need to send multiple messages out. Sitting and calling our residents one by one would not work. We send blanket messages to our community and also can use for employee messages.
