Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

It's a user friendly system, through which we can connect and share information with large amount of populations at once. We can also customize the phone numbers, messages and the way and time we want to send the information. We can send a timely information to everyone as text message is the app that everyone looks at when they use their phones. I love this platform.

Pros

  • Message customization
  • Date, time, & No. of population is customizable
  • Tracking the sent messages
  • Any errors that appear are brought up on the screen to be updated

Cons

  • If possible if the updated document has any errors then at least we do not have to re-upload all of the information again.
  • You can always see the history of all Text-Em-Alls.
  • You can copy and re-send the information instead of starting the whole process again
  • Time saving
  • Error notifications if any
They are always quick with the email response

As an HR Partner, It's an easy way to connect with a bunch of associates at once if there are any changes to their schedules, pay, bonus, etc. Also easy to use in case of emergency or site shutdown, or weather update. Also very useful when organizing events for all the associates to keep them updated about date, place time etc.
