Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

I primarily use Text-Em-All to send court hearing and appointment reminders. I have not encountered any problems with the product. I love that I can set up templates for my different needs and that I can schedule messages to go out at a later date/time.

Pros

  • Easy to use. User friendly.
  • Organized templates.
  • Notifies of incomplete or unsent messages.

Cons

  • To be honest, I haven't found anything that I don't like or that needs to be improved upon.
  • Having the ability to schedule messages for a future date and time
  • Creating numerous templates to access with ease.
  • Text-Em-All has made a huge difference in missed or forgotten appointments and/or court appearances. Clients very rarely miss appointments and court appearances.
  • Sending text messages is a big time saver compared to making individual phone calls to each person.
I have never had to contact support.

Text-Em-All is very convenient to set up appointment reminders for our clients. I also use it to send reminders of court appearances with directions to the courthouse, courtroom, etc. For the most part, our clients love getting the reminders! Great product!
