Simplicity of Solutions, Instant Access
Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer is unique in that it allows access and remote control of such computers as well if they run different operating systems. The software is quite compatible to the point that on a Windows, Mac, or even Linux, I can connect to any piece of apparatus with relative simplicity. But it's been incredibly useful, too, since working teams tend to use a mix of operating systems.
Pros
- TeamViewer's secure environment.
- It includes encryption and two-factor authentication.
- The TeamViewer is, however, a great experience overall.
Cons
- There may be issues selecting the right plan for our organization
- Complex pricing scales and sometimes because of different tiers of the licensing model.
- For large file transfers or playing HD video, the software turns out to have a limitation very easily noticed.
- Boosting Productivity with TeamViewer.
- A way to make a difference for any professional.
- The other is a list of features that should be called among the strong sides of TeamViewer usage.
On the feature-rich front, from among all the remote tools that I've used, whether LogMeIn or VNC, TeamViewer has features as well as a very pleasing interface. Since IT support procedures for file sharing, screen transfer, and controlling remote gadgets are now made so much easier to do, it has also made cooperative work easier.
Do you think TeamViewer delivers good value for the price?
Yes
Are you happy with TeamViewer's feature set?
Yes
Did TeamViewer live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of TeamViewer go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy TeamViewer again?
Yes
Implementation wasn't that hard, but only when I had more time working with TeamViewer's features and security options did it begin to feel like a working solution. As for the process of implementation, although quite demanding, it was quite easy to do, and, honestly, some time was spent to take full advantage of the software used by TeamViewer and all the security features that came with the application.
