Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Starting two months ago, I began to see tangible economic benefits from using TeamViewer. Quickly, the travel cost reduction and increased productivity overcame the initial investment cost. However, it wouldn't work until everyone understood the software features, and success was contingent upon the complete training of all team members.
It is so easy and reliable that virtual meetings are as productive as physical ones. They provide us peace of mind when transferring money and sharing secure information, and the routes of the recordings are invaluable for documentation and training purposes.

Pros

  • The feature cross compatibility across devices.
  • Detailed analysis presentations can be done via advanced screen sharing.
  • The combination of simplicity and confidentiality is built into the integrated file transfer.

Cons

  • Third party app integrations for specialized risk analysis tools, restricted.
  • Difficult to customize meeting room layouts.
  • Audio lag at times due to peak usage.
  • Efficiency in solving decision making processes.
  • A capability to quickly respond to emerging risks.
  • Improved communication and collaboration between team members.

I have evaluated Zoom, Skype for Business, and, in particular, TeamViewer. TeamViewer stands out among all because its remote access feature is more robust than the rest.

This tool is particularly appropriate for urgent risk assessment meetings, which must be addressed immediately with detailed visual explanations. Yet, it may not be as good for more extensive-scale presentations to outsiders, in which more sleek videoconferencing alternatives could be desired.
