Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use TeamViewer to manage about 350 computers remotely. It allows me to support people more easily. It has allowed me to respond to users faster than I have before. I can address an issue as soon as a ticket comes in. I do not need to worry about tracking computers down, and I can support our users from anywhere.

For us, we started seeing benefits soon after implementation. We saw the benefit in management and ticket times. It allowed us to work more tickets faster because we did not have to be as mobile.
