Overall Satisfaction with TalentLMS
We have training that we need to administer to our users for how to use our software but also training that we have to give to people who install our hardware. We also use TalentLMS internally to train our new employees. This includes helping to train sales people on our solutions.
Pros
- Very easy to create courses
- The ability to add users to groups and get reporting for course progress
- Customize the login page and course page to fit our branding
Cons
- It should be easier to re-send someone their initial course assignment email notification. The notification engine is a little non-intuitive.
- I was trying to add a user to our account the other day (not a user - an internal employee that I wanted to give access to our system) and I had trouble finding it
- If our hardware is incorrectly installed it negatively impacts our business so having TalentLMS to ensure the training is actually being thoroughly reviewed is invaluable
- The better we can train our employees to help our customers the better relationship we can have and build that trust that is required when selling
- TalentLMS allows us to spend less time on employee onboarding since we can just send people courses
