Overall Satisfaction with TalentLMS
we use TalentLMS for our pre-course readings for all our Ground courses (mandatory compliance) including our exams plus the STATS for exams, surveys, etc.
problem- I need to remove the previous certificate of completion for all yearly basis courses to enroll them to receive a current certificate if not they will receive a certificate with the wrong date of issue

Pros
- unlimited course upload
- ease of use
- ease to change password by trainees
Cons
- add options for the presentation to have voice over or narration
- more space for files -not limited to 200
- provides our needs as a Start up for all mandatory courses
- needs how to engage students more to learn and read or study pre course- suggestion increase more prompts
- prompts to managers that the STATS or reports are ready each month? if possible
we are currently using CPaT for our airline specific courses.
