We use spiff to manage and see commissions from sales and specific deals
Pros
- Let's you see individual deals
- Let's you see the month in which the commission is paid out
- Very easy to go back and see past data
Cons
- Well mine is just for commission and to be honest, it does everything it needs to in relation to that. Outside of that, I have not had any issues.
- Negative - sometimes it can be slow to update/does not pull across the data, but tbh I think that could be from teams side.
I haven't used any other commission-based tools in the past.
