Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We use spiff to manage and see commissions from sales and specific deals

Pros

  • Let's you see individual deals
  • Let's you see the month in which the commission is paid out
  • Very easy to go back and see past data

Cons

  • Well mine is just for commission and to be honest, it does everything it needs to in relation to that. Outside of that, I have not had any issues.
  • Negative - sometimes it can be slow to update/does not pull across the data, but tbh I think that could be from teams side.
It is extremely easy to navigate and use.
I haven't used any other commission-based tools in the past.

Amazing for going back and checking previous deals and previous commissions and the splits on them, if there was a split.
