Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

We use Spiff to track commissions. It's a way for me to always be informed on how much I am making through out the quarter.

Pros

  • Track Commissions
  • Track Deals

Cons

  • How often this syncs with Salesforce
  • Commissions don't actually show up until late in the quarter
  • I can easily see what I am getting paid
It is easy to use as a rep. Very straightforward!
I like both, actually. For a rep, both were easy to use.

Spiff is helpful for me to track my commissions throughout the quarter. I enjoy the breakdown of deals it makes it easy to track where I am at.
