Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
We use it to calculate the monthly commission for the sales people. It gets populated with bookings on a daily basis and the salesperson has full visibility on the expected commission payouts. Also the salespeople can see the calculations related to deals by customer and by product category to help understand where the numbers came from.
