ScienceLogic is the main monitoring tool widely used in the organization.

Pros

  • Collecting layer two to layer six performance.
  • Very flexible of SNMP collections to generate alarms.
  • Built-in powerpack to implement new technology features.

Cons

  • Support turn around time is slow.
  • Troubleshooting code is tricky sometimes.
  • Easily plug and play.
  • Visualize business service dashboard to detect the health of service.
It is the best. The tool goes far to support our needs.
Well designed to detect the application layer to the network layer.
