Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite

At Pure Storage we are implementing S/4HANA 2021 for Customer Service, Service Management modules and Asset Management module along with heavy integrations with third-party integrations

  • Secure and simple network
  • Real time and Asynchronous messages

Cons

  • Holding the error message content for longer time
  • Increase the data limit to hold the error processing
  • Standard bold on or API integrations with Non SAP products like ServiceNow, Salesforce
  • Monitoring services and dash boards
  • Integrating with third party providers or applications
  • simple Integration architecture
S/4HANA and BTP are primary reasons and better 3pl integations

If the organizations are using majority of the SAP products then it is well suited and but most fortune 500 are using multiple Saas products so need standard or out of box API with industry leading Saas applications. Integration architecture should be simple to deploy and easy to connect to SAP products at least to start with not taking months to implement
