Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
We love it because it’s such a flexible system coming originally from Germany, we had a different system and it was hard to navigate, errored out, and caused significant delays. There were integration challenges that affected the spirit of the team Although your system was harder for me to learn, it is now really easy to use. I can’t really think of anything negative to note.
Pros
- I feel the info is safe.
- It is easy to have a workflow overview.
- Easy to understand analytics.
Cons
- Took me a while to learn.
- Not easy to teach to new staff.
- I wished I could fine tune it to work in insurance industry.
- It’s made the workflow easier.
- Boss complains it’s too expensive.
- It’s innovative and we are an industry vanguard.
I am not the decision maker. It’s just that I’m familiar with this system.
