Overall Satisfaction with SAP Cloud Platform

We do not use the tool so much in our company (we are a small company), but it is used by our customers. Thinking about a specific case, the main usage is the connection and interfacing from different SAP systems, on one side on-premise (ECC, S4/HANA) with cloud solutions (Success Factors). It helps a lot to manage all of the identities from the company and the centralization of user interface and panel (login, dashboard, starting point).

  • Session handling
  • More compatibility with all solutions, including non-SAP
  • Training materials and information
  • TCO - Costs (for our customer, not us) - positive
  • Integration - positive
  • Digitization and closure to customers - positive
It is definitively better suited for SAP systems
It works quite well in SAP-based scenarios to support integration between On-Premise and Cloud solutions, while it is not so well suited for non-SAP solutions.
