Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

It's used by our Business Affairs team to generate invoices and track payments.

Pros

  • It generates invoices from our internal orders system.
  • It saves agreement and invoice templates for customers.

Cons

  • It doesn't pull all information into invoices, some have to be entered manually.
  • The formatting of the text in invoices doesn't always look very good.
  • Formatting/text boxes are difficult to edit on invoices.
  • Streamlined order processing.
  • Made our invoices look more professional.
  • Cutdown time it takes to generate invoices.
It's integrated fairly well with our internal orders system, though some functionality is missing.
I only use it for generating invoices from orders and it's mostly well-suited to this task, although if some formatting improvements were made, I would be much happier with it.
