It automates processes like contracts and tax forms, and it allows for my company to easily manage my payroll, even though I work remotely in a different country.
It's simple to use, consistent, and good at what it's made for. My paycheck is always on time and I don't pay any fees. I can easily manage my time off and look at how many days I have left, as well as how many got accredited in my last payroll. I have no complaints.

Pros
- Getting my paycheck deposited on time, in my local currency, without any fees or tax retention.
- Easily managing my time off, personal time and other requests, such as expense reimbursement.
- Automating legal processes like my employment contract and tax form.
Cons
- Their iOS app is my only complaint. They should add Face ID support if it's going to ask you to log with 2FA in every time.
- Being able to trust that my pay will always be delivered on time, let's me take my mind off that and focus on more important aspects of my work.
- Easily managing my time off without having to face my supervisor makes it a lot less awkward when requesting vacations.
