Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for a few different things. The first of course is to clock in and out and keep track of our lunch times. Secondly, all of our benefits info is in Rippling and we actually select benefits each fiscal year through Rippling. We utilize Rippling in asking for time off, and keeping up with our approved times off, etc. and all payroll is sent to us through Rippling.

Pros

  • Notifies us if there is a problem with a log in or out
  • Notifies us when we get paid
  • Keeps all of our time off requests and approvals/denials in one spot and organized

Cons

  • Being able to edit missed or wrong punches
  • Notifying us of something missed when filling out employee benefits
  • it is streamlined
  • reduces administrative burdens by having everything in one place
  • improves employee engagement
Rippling is closely intertwined with HR Systems and it provides a more unified solution by having IT and employee data with HR, and OneLogin only deals with providing signing on. Rippling includes payroll, benefits and time tracking. Onelogin is a standalone sign on application.
I have never contacted support for rippling.

It is super easy to use. It also integrates third party applications which streamlines the system. There are advanced security measures to protect employee data. Rippling has several easy to use tabs on the side which you can toggle between to see times off, benefits and clocking in and out.
If you have to have a system to clock in and out of, Rippling is one of the best. I've used other platforms and this one seems to be the best because it's not only for clocking in/out, it houses all info like time off, benefits, etc. It's one place to go to find all of the info you need that is HR related.
