Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling has quickly become the hub for all my administrative needs. From clocking in and out of work and requesting time off, to reviewing my company's insurance options and going through onboarding modules, Rippling is an essential part of my role at work. The interface is extremely user friendly, and the customer support is unmatched.

  • The clocking in/clocking out system
  • Breaking down health insurance options
  • Ease of requesting time off

Cons

  • More detailed menus and submenus
  • The mobile interface could be a bit more intuitive
  • Simplify leaving comments on previous timecards
  • Keeping track of my working hours
  • Easy access to previous paystubs

There's little to no learning curve when getting started in Rippling.
Working at a startup company, things change on a regular basis. Different processes, different platforms, this is where Rippling really shines. There almost seems to be no need to consider a substitute to Rippling.
