Overall Satisfaction with Procore

Procore is being implemented in Mortenson company wide. We use procore on our project for RFIs, inspections, drawings, submittals, daily logs, and much more. Mortenson builds large complex structures for the advancement of modern society, thus our projects require the use of procore daily.

Pros

  • Document organization.
  • Being able to access drawings offline.
  • The synchronization of information from computer to tablet.

Cons

  • Meeting minutes can be tedious.
  • Filtering options are limited.
  • It improves efficiency in the field and in the office.
I have not used any other products besides Procore.
Procore gives the engineers the ability to access drawings in the field without an internet connection, which is great. The cloud-based software makes it easy for people in and outside of the company to have access to all information in procore.
