Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use ir as our current HRIS system to house all employee information such as job changes, salary, employee information and all things related to HR.

Pros

  • Payroll
  • Employee data
  • Workflows

Cons

  • Need to become global to house data for multiple countries besides US
  • Need to send automatic reminders to employees to complete workflows
  • Need more features added to employee profiles
  • Good at data integrity but not global
Needs to be more automated
Employees use recognition feature but needs to have a more defined recognition page
