Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

For everything! Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Employee Engagement, Rewards and Recognition. Biggest problem addressed is it provides a "one-stop shop" HRIS system with seamless integration into other areas.

  • Recruitment - not as nimble and user friendly as other modules
  • HRIS landing page - need ability to make what initially shows better fit org needs
  • Pay grade implementation
  • Reduced time expenditures
  • Better ability to gave employee culture
  • Better data-driven decision making
Fantastic impact on employee culture, change management, and just staying dialed into pulse of organization
It's pretty great all the way around and I have worked with several other HRIS systems (competitors) and rank Paylocity the highest.
