Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use the Paylocity suite; H, Payroll, Benefits FSA,COBRA, etc. We is pretty much all of it except for the compensation package.

  • Benefits- challenges w/ edi and accuracy this year
  • System updates have caused weird problems w/ pto, ACA,etc.
  • We've had more challenges the past year and a half, then previously.

For the most part of cost is ease. This past year has caused a lot in disease amongst the HR team. We have been spending a lot of time troubleshaving errors.
We use the community and surveys have not done much with the video uyet.
They could have been a turned with this past year that time they last Paylocity has had challenges.

Yes

Overall, it's a good HRIS, and we had been real pleased with it up until last year. I am still thinking that some of the challenges Paylocity is having to be similar for any other HRIS. In all honestly, we are getting closer to reviewing other systems.
