Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We recommend Paylocity to our clients! Paylocity helps our clients navigate HRIS/Payroll into one system.

Pros

  • Payroll process is easy to use
  • Recruiting module integrates well with job boards
  • Onboarding is seamless!

Cons

  • Reporting could use some improvement. There are times I have call for support
  • Streamlined some processes saving time and resources
The community feature has allowed us to connect with employees. The self-service allows us to provide employees with information they need.
The system is user friendly and the knowledge center is amazing.
