Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

I use Paylocity for everything! It has made my job and my managers jobs so much easier having everything in one spot. We process payroll, onboard, time and labor, compensation, benefits, and a few more modules.

Pros

  • Constantly upgrading to make our lives easier
  • Communication is amazing!
  • Always has someone available to support you.

Cons

  • Honestly can’t think of one
  • Reduced time for doing review by half
  • Reduced time with benefits enrollment and administration
Has helped reduce time doing every day tasks so we can focus on other things.
Has helped us get info out to EEs faster and reach more employees
Much better than any program we’ve looked at.
